Randy Wattilete

Randy Wattilete is a conversion rate optimization expert and founder based in the Netherlands. Over nearly a decade, he has run conversion and growth experiments for dozens of companies — from first-time founders running their first landing page test, to global brands with dedicated optimization teams.

Before building Kirro, Randy spent three years as Head of Growth at Off The Record, one of the Netherlands’ leading growth consultancies, where he designed and ran CRO programs for clients including Nestlé, felyx, Storytel, Steve Madden, and Shoeby. Working across that range of company sizes and industries gave him a clear view of why most A/B testing tools fail small teams: they’re priced and built for enterprise, not for the person wearing every hat who still needs conversion wins.

That frustration became Kirro, an A/B testing and CRO platform built specifically for founders and lean growth teams who need real results without enterprise complexity. In 2025, Randy also co-founded Olavi, a generative engine optimization (GEO) platform that helps marketing teams monitor and improve their brand visibility inside AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

Randy holds a Master’s in Marketing Analytics (cum laude) from Tilburg University. He writes at Kirro on conversion optimization, A/B testing methodology, and what it means to build an experimentation culture without an enterprise budget.
